clEAN, soya bEAN and the opposite of mEAN !

Woke up early on a sunday morning ... it was the 26th of july. Brush my teeth and was ready to take my car for a nice bath =) ... Fetch louis and we headed down to menara UMNO ... today was the Heng Ee High School Interact Club Car Wash day and i supported them.... wait wait, my mum supported them by buying a ticket for me to was my car ...

after that i met calvin for a short breakfast ... the it was time for LUNCH !!! hahaha according to the Deal signed by the president of SOS ... under Akta 341 section 7b ... The president of SOS is to fetch the VP of ops COCO to a meal and the FBI pres will be the judge ...

In the evening i went to an old folks home to help serve food to the old folks and prepare food for them... its at Rumah Charis =)

it does feel great after doing good deeds ... the greatest thing that we can get in life is to love and be loved in return.

Frisbee - Connexion Penang 24/07/09

I am starting of the Post with this pic =)

After 2 months without playing frisbee due to some injury and laziness ... I AM BACK !!! lol these time, the field is filled with new faces and superb talents. I brought Lennard and Louis to play with us and to let them try out the new game of Frisbee...

once the team was sort out, The Game Began ... I was in the underdog team with smaller kids and newer players. We were up against the tyrant with KC as the Head and seasoned players like Paul, Julie, Tall guy that i forgot his name. But our team captain Matthew was ready for a rumble ...

Busy Sunday ...

I like my new hairstyle thats why this pic is before the storyline =)

Woke up early to go for prayers for grandfather for it is his aniversary of his death day... Wow, so fast and 1 year has already gone ... Went for lunch at the Setia Pearl Island Club House... The Fish meat steamboat is really really nice =)
