Day 2 in Thailand - We came, We saw, We SANG =)

Captains Log:
Day 2, 29th of December 2010 - We woke up early to catch the morning flight to the capital of Thailand - Bangkok. We took the same van to the airport. However this time he was late by 20 minutes and so he had to rush there by driving SUPER FAST ... squeezing and speeding, all the way to the airport.

On the way to the airport =)

Hatyai's airport is comparatively smaller than the ones in Bangkok for it is just a small town. Nevertheless, the airport is still beautiful and advance looking. Thank god, we were able to check-in in time for our flight. We waited at the waiting are till our plane is done taxing.

As Soon as we got off the plane, we went straight out to the main gate to meet our driver that will bring us to our next destination - Emerald Hotel. This time, the van that we got is way way way cooler than the one in Hatyai.

We went back to the hotel and rested for quite awhile. I slept for around an hour and a half before preparing myself for the dinner. No doubt one of the best performance of the night was by Ms. Dara Loy. She sang a couple of songs such as Wind beneath my wings, Iwill survive, colours of the wind and it was magnificent.

The stunning Dara Loy

As soon as the crowd started to clear, me and Louis were requested to sing a song *DAMN !!!!* I chose the song Words by Bee Gees for it was rather and easy song *i think*.

Before we reach the end of the night, Mr. Bunpot insisted for Dara to sing a last song. I was surprised when she asked me to duet with her and since the only song that ran through my mind at that moment was A WHOLE NEW WORLD by the movie Alladin, we then decided to sing that song. I felt both nervous and honoured at the same time to be able to duet with her. It was all good =)
