Bruschetta ^.^

Bruschetta is a food originated from Italy during the 15th century. It consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic, topped with a variety of choices such as sausages chunks, chicken meat chunks, green pepper, tomato, basil, onions, shredded mushrooms and also cheese toppings . Then the whole bread is put into the toaster so that the cheese will be melted and then it is finished off with some mayonnaise topping.
